Thank you for shopping with Autarky Beauty! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, delivered, and processed. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all customers across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

Delivery within 1–3 business days

Priority / Overnight Shipping

Delivery within 1 business day

Delivery time begins once the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight of items

Delivery address

Customers will see the exact shipping cost before completing their order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number

Carrier information

Real-time tracking link

Allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Autarky Beauty is not responsible for:

Delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

Lost packages due to customer address errors

Orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Autarky Beauty is no longer responsible for delays or lost items.

If your package is:

Marked delivered but not received

— Please check your mailbox, doorstep, neighbors, or building office.

— Contact the carrier directly for GPS confirmation.

Lost in transit

— We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

— A replacement may be issued once the carrier completes its investigation.

Delayed

— We cannot issue refunds for carrier delays.

7. International Shipping (Optional)

If Autarky Beauty plans to ship outside the U.S., include this.

If not, we can remove this section.

International delivery times vary by destination.

Customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (depending on carrier)

Military APO/FPO addresses (optional)

We also do not ship hazardous items, liquids, or flammables — only hair extensions and beauty accessories.

9. Order Not Received Due to Customer Error

No refunds or free replacements will be issued if:

Customer provides an incorrect address

Package is unclaimed or returned to sender

Customer fails to pick up the package from the carrier office

Customers will be responsible for paying reshipment fees.
